Crabmeat, Carrot and Grape Salad
2 cups cooked crab meat
2 scallions finely chopped
1 peeled carrot, grated
1 cup seedless, green grapes, halved
1 cup diced celery
1 Tbsp. parsley
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup yogurt
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. orange juice
Salt and pepper to taste
Combine crabmeat, celery, grapes, carrot, scallions and parsley. In separate bowl, mix remaining ingredients. Fold dressing into salad. Fill into Pita, preferably Honey Pita.
