Try'em Toasted!
Veggie Burgers

1 packet of precooked lentils
3 potatoes; diced
3 carrots; diced
2 egg whites
Dusting flour
Your favorite mixed herbs

Meld potatoes and carrots in a food processor, add the lentils. Then, add egg whites to bind the ingredients, along with flour to soak excess moisture. Toss in any herbs, and cook in a non-stick pan. Serve in a pita with lettuce, tomato and favorite cheese.
